iRiver mobile phone releases March 9th in Korea

iRiver has announced that their touchscreen mobile phone, which is called ‘Wave’, is set to release on March 9th, 2009 in Korea. It will be released on the KT network. It carries 4GB of internal memory, which can be expanded with a MicroSD card, and it carries all the usual features of most modern smartphones: Wi-Fi, cellular internet access, FM radio, media player (MP3, WMA, OGC, and MPEG), on-device media downloading, etc. The touchscreen is a 3-inch 480 x 272 screen. A price tag has yet to be announced. Let’s see how this does against the iPhone.
