Can you spot the Drunk Guy?

So this very blurry camera phone pic of this famous bull statue near Wall Street is sporting a new hat. Do you see it? It took me a few seconds to nitice it to, but it appears someone had a little too much to drink that night and found comfort in laying mostly naked atop of a large bull statue.
