Psystar’s Blu-Ray Enabled Mac-clone

Psystar, if you’ll recall, is a company that makes Mac-clones for cheaper (or at least supposedly cheaper). The company’s popularity stems in part from their budget pricing.They have become popular enough to catch the attention of Apple and are currently negotiating with them. Apparently negotiations have not stopped Psystar from continued release of new products and in their latest step, Psystar has released a Mac-clone with Blu-Ray.
While Steve Jobs recently stated that Apple’s decision to not include Blu-Ray in newer Macs is due to licensing issues, Psystar has a different outlook. These machines are basically for people who want all the functionality of the Mac without paying the premium for the brand name.
